Preheat oven to 400F
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Mix chickpea flour, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, pepper, parsley, rosemary, thyme, oregano, and paprika in a bowl
Crack two eggs in a separate bowl and whisk
Dip the chicken strip in the egg, then into the flour mixture
Place on the baking sheet and repeat until all the chicken is used
Cook for 15 minutes then flip
Cook for another 15 minutes or until the chicken has reached the proper internal temperature.
