Gluten-Free Chicken Tenders

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup chickpea flour
  • 2 egss
  • 1/3 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp paprila
  • sea salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package chicken cut into strips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400F
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper¬†
  • Mix chickpea flour, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, pepper, parsley, rosemary, thyme, oregano, and paprika in a bowl
  • Crack two eggs in a separate bowl and whisk
  • Dip the chicken strip in the egg, then into the flour mixture¬†
  • Place on the baking sheet and repeat until all the chicken is used
  • Cook for 15 minutes then flip
  • Cook for another 15 minutes or until the chicken has reached the proper internal temperature.
