Comforting Gluten-Free Tuna Pasta

Nothing beats a classic! You have to try out this simple, comforting, and protein-packed tuna pasta.⁠

Everything you love about tuna pasta with healthy ingredients! ⁠

Here is what you will need…

Comforting Gluten-Free Tuna Pasta

Prep Time 10 mins
Cook Time 15 mins

Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 package gluten-free pasta of choice 
  • 2 cups broccoli chopped
  • 1/r red onion diced
  • nutritional yeast to serve

Sauce Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp honey dijon mustard
  • 1.5-2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp olive or avocado oil
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 can tuna drained
  • sea salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook pasta as per package instructions 
  • In the meantime add 1 tbsp of avocado oil to a frying pan with broccoli, red onion and salt and pepper
  • While the pasta and veggies cook, mix everything in the “Tuna Mix” in a separate bowl
  • Once the pasta and veggies are done, mix everything together 
  • Serve with additional nutritional yeast 
  • Enjoy!
