Morning:

  • one thing I am looking forward to today:
  • how do I want to show up today?
  • how do I want to feel today?
  • 3 things I am grateful for?

Evening:

  • one amazing thing that happened today?
  • one thing/moment where I could have reacted differently?
  • what drained my energy? (physically, mentally, emotionally)
  • what gave me energy?

Misc:

  1. what are the things that make me the most happy?
  2. what holds me back from this happiness?
  3. what are things I could change on my calendar to 1. be more productive 2. do more of what I enjoy?
  4. what are my fears?
  5. what is getting in the way of overcoming these fears?
  6. what are my nonnegotiables? (family time? self-care? healthy eating?)
  7. are there relationships that I need to let go of? people who bring me down emotionally and energetically?

Chai Tea Latte

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag of chai tea
  • 1/2 cup boiled water
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 scoop of vanilla collagen protein powder OR plain collagen with 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • cinnamon – for topping

Directions:

  1. Add tea bag to boiled water and let steep
  2. In the meantime heat milk in a saucepan over medium heat until hot but not boiling
  3. Remove tea bag and add all the ingredients to a blender or use a hand frother
  4. Top with cinnamon
