Chai Tea Latte
- 1 bag of chai tea
- 1/2 cup boiled water
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 scoop of vanilla collagen protein powder OR plain collagen with 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- cinnamon – for topping
- Add tea bag to boiled water and let steep
- In the meantime heat milk in a saucepan over medium heat until hot but not boiling
- Remove tea bag and add all the ingredients to a blender or use a hand frother
- Top with cinnamon
